O site AnimationMentor publicou recentemente uma pesquisa sobre o mercado profissional de animação, a qual coloca os animadores entre os profissionais mais felizes dos Estados Unidos.

A pesquisa realizada com cerca de 1200 animadores de diversos países, inclusive do Brasil, traz ainda uma lista dos principais motivadores para estes profissionais:

fazer o que gosta e ser pago para isso
criatividade – a habilidade de trazer personagens à vida
trabalhar em um ambiente criativo e cercado de pessoas criativas
entreter os outros com o seu trabalho, tocando-os emocionalmente
o prazer de ver o seu trabalho na tela e seu nome nos créditos
o trabalho em equipe
e o desafio de resolver problemas criativos, aprender sobre novos assuntos e crescer na carreira

Embora esta pesquisa deva ser analiada com olhar crítico é muito interessante ver uma pesquisa afirmar o que se pode constatar no dia-a-dia de quem trabalha com animação (3d no caso da Quiçá Design):
