Pocoyo: uma série animada que é pura simpatia

Quem já conferiu um episódio desta série animada ou mesmo uma imagem de divulgação sabe do que estamos falando. Pocoyo é um trabalho de qualidade indiscutível, que encanta pela simplicidade visual, pela forma como a música e a história proporcionam o envolvimento da criança que assiste à animação.

Sob o ponto de vista técnico, Pocoyo apresenta personagens 3d com movimentos muito bem animados e uma interação com os objetos e cenários que permitem que a quantidade de elementos na tela sejam reduzidos, direcionando o foco da criança para a ação dos personagens.

Criado por David Cantolla, Guillermo García e Luis Gallego, Pocoyo é uma série de animação 3d para TV produzida pela Zinkia Entertainment, da Espanha e distribuído pela inglesa Granada International. São 104 episódios de 6 minutos de duração divididos em 2 temporadas.

Pocoyo é dirigido a crianças com idade pré-escolar, de 2 a 5 anos. Segundo os criadores a série pretende contribuir com o aprendizado das crianças empregando uma linguagem simples e adequada à sua idade. A premissa que guia a idéia por trás da série é que a alegria, o riso e as brincadeiras permitem um assimilação mais fácil e lúdica de novos conceitos.

O protagonista da série é um garotinho de 3 anos, Pocoyo, que usa um inconfundível gorro azul e vive suas aventuras em companhia de seus amigos: Pato, a cachorrinha Lula, o passarinho Sonequita e a elefante rosa Elly.

Para facilitar a compreensão da história um narrador acompanha as aventuras de Pocoyo e sua turma e, para aumentar a interação da criança com a animação, pede com frequência a ajuda da criança para identificar um objeto ou apontar algo na tela.

Em cada epsódio Pocoyo e seus amigos conhecem um objeto novo, uma nova brincadeira ou mesmo vivem uma situação com a qual as crianças podem facilmente se identificar. Em meio a muita brincadeira, riso, música e dança, os personagens guiam a criança para um universo lúdico no qual aprendem se divertindo.

Um curiosidade sobre o nome de Pocoyo, disponível no site oficial internacional da série www.pocoyo.com:

“O nome Pocoyó veio da filha de dois anos de David Cantolla, o criador de Pocoyó. Quando ainda estava a aprender a falar, acostumava dizer uma oração cada noite antes de se dormir. Uma noite, em lugar de dizer “como yo” ( que significa “como eu”), disse “poco yo” ( que significa mais ou menos “pouco eu”). Assim, Pocoyó nasceu graças à engraçada maneira que têm as crianças de misturar as palavras quando estão a aprender a falar!”

Uma pequena observação, o acento no nome Pocoyó não aparece na versão brasileira.
