Michiko to Hatchin: Um anime ambientado na cidade do Rio de Janeiro

Os produtores do anime (animação 2d japonesa) “Michiko to Hatchin” utilizaram a cidade do Rio de Janeiro como inspiração para o cenário de sua criação. Segundo matéria do G1, eles realizaram uma visita ao país em 2007 para coletar mais informações para o desenvolvimento do cenário da animação. Confira a matéria escrita por Amauri Stamboroski Jr.

Nem todas as animações japonesas se passam em mundos de fantasia medievais ou em planetas cheios de bichinhos colecionáveis. Algumas vezes elas podem acontecer em mundos muito mais familiares, como aquele que você encontra em “Michiko e Hatchin”.

Com cenário inspirado no Brasil (uma favela no Rio de Janeiro, nos primeiros episódios), a série estreou no Japão na segunda metade de 2008, e é produzida pelo estúdio Manglobe, responsável por animês famosos como “Samurai champloo”.

“Michiko e Hatchin” conta a história de Michiko Malandro, uma mulher que foge da prisão para resgatar Hana “Hatchin” Morenos, que está sofrendo nas mãos de seus pais adotivos. Os episódios, nomeados com termos em português, mostram favelas, pontos tradicionais do Rio de Janeiro e incluem até mesmo uma viagem para a Amazônia.

Ainda não existe previsão para a estreia de “Michiko e Hatchin” no Brasil – a série está chegando nos últimos episódios no Japão. Apesar disso, é possível encontrar na internet versões legendadas em português dos episódios exibidos no Japão.

Fidelidade

O animê tem uma fidelidade com a ambientação que é difícil de encontrar em outras produções internacionais que se passem no Brasil. “Até a moeda corrente é desenhada igual ao real”, conta Hiromi Konishi, coordenadora de projeto do animê (como são chamadas as animações japonesas).

Em busca dessa “inspiração” brasileira, os produtores da série (incluindo a diretora Sayo Yamamoto) vieram até o Brasil em 2007.

Outro ponto brasileiríssimo do animê é a trilha sonora, coordenada por Shinichiro Watanabe (diretor do animê “Cowboy bebop”) e assinada pelo carioca Kassin (+2 , Artificial, Orquestra Imperial), marido de Konishi.

Trabalhando à distância, Kassin diz que só vê a animação muito tempo depois de terminar as trilhas: Recebo roteiros e sugestões de como devem ser as músicas, essas sugestões vêm do Shinichiro e são muito precisas”, diz, elogiando o diretor, “a direção musical dele é brilhante”.

Cantam na trilha, em português, Thalma de Freitas, Nina Becker, Bnegão, Wilson das Neves, Ritchie e o próprio Kassin – enquanto a música de abertura, “Paraíso”, fica a cargo do grupo japonês Soil & “Pimp” Sessions. O disco com a trilha sonora original vai às lojas no Japão nesta sexta-feira (23).
